Common questions
Does Carostock cost anything?
No. The system costs nothing to use. Inventory, customer records, quotes, contracts, tyre storage and invoicing are all included. You create an account without card details and pay only for the add-ons you actively choose, such as a website or Studio.
Is there a limit on the number of users?
No. Add the whole firm, sales, workshop and finance, without the price changing. We do not charge per user, so you never have to decide who gets access.
Can I transfer vehicle ownership directly in Carostock?
No, ownership transfers are not handled in the system. They go through Transportstyrelsen in Sweden or Statens vegvesen in Norway, and as a dealer you can sign up for their services to handle transfers digitally. Everything around the deal you handle with us: the contract, the signature, the invoice and the inventory status.
Can the customer sign the contract digitally?
Yes, at no extra cost. The buyer signs on their own phone and the signed contract lands straight on the deal in the system. In Sweden you can add BankID signing for a fixed monthly fee, with no per-signature charge.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. The core system comes at no cost and the add-ons run month to month. You can stop using Carostock whenever you want.
